/developer/connected-partners/{slug}/_deactivateRequired scope:
apiclient:updateDeactivates every integration of the partner for the tenant, including integrations no longer offered, so the partner can no longer get new tokens for the tenant. Tokens already issued stay valid until they expire, at most an hour. Deactivating a partner with no active integration changes nothing.
